Stone Ward created a new look for Works, which included reformatting it to be more of an arts journal, with editorial content about exhibitions and programming. In March 2013, the spring edition of Works was distributed and focused on the 50th anniversary celebration of the AAC and their upcoming fundraiser, Tabriz.
The Arkansas Arts Center (AAC), the state’s premiere center for visual and performing arts, recently re-launched Works, a quarterly publication that is mailed to the AAC membership to keep them informed of all their exhibitions and programs through detailed descriptions, and also highlight volunteers and staff members. The publication also features current works from the AAC’s permanent collection.
Works was originally created by Stone Ward in the 1990s, but due to budgetary constraints, the publication had to be shelved for a few years. However, the AAC recognized this important educational resource and asked Stone Ward to help them bring the publication back to life.
Works has received an outpouring of positive feedback and appreciation from members in regards to the new format and design.
Stone Ward is proud to partner with the AAC and will continue our efforts to support the AAC in their mission to ensure that education, inspiration and creative expression in the arts flourish throughout Arkansas.
